Dr. Tanya Cates and Fit Advisor offer consulting and mentoring for individuals, corporate, fitness and wellness settings, Allied Health and education settings.

Latest thinking and the accumulation of over 25 years experience in the industry, Fit Advisor can improve engagement, movement, confidence and positivity of any individual, team or business.

Company, team or individual fitness/wellness consultations or custom designed workshops and programs including:

Anatomy for movement, Engagement and motivation, Knowledge and confidence, Movement and fitness, Effectiveness of service and team.

 

By request, group studio, mat classes and fitness sessions are available with Dr Tanya Cates, Exercise Physiologist. Please note a minimum of 2 and maximum of 3 participants is required.

 

Experience 1-on-1 personal sessions with Dr. Tanya Cates, Exercise Physiologist. Absorb the energy while deepening your understanding of your body through improving your Pilates, fitness and wellness practise.

STUDIO HIRE

This beautiful New York-style warehouse office and studio are available for per hour hire. Pilates and movement specialists can enjoy working in a fully appointed Pilates studio with all the trimmings. Photographers, designers, fashionistas and bloggers can take advantage of the studio and office housed within the beautifully strong ambiance that the warehouse brick, natural wood and iron provides. Located near countless spectacular coffee houses.

*Studio apparatus available: Ladder barrel, 2 reformer beds, Wunda chair, Cadillac, all small apparatus
(mats, massage table, circles, balls, bands)
